Hydropolis, an interactive water science centre, is one of Wrocław's most unique museums. Housed in a beautifully restored 19th-century water reservoir, this attraction offers fascinating exhibits about water's history, science, and environmental importance. From underwater life to water engineering marvels.


The museum is housed inside a former clean water reservoir for Wrocław.

The knowledge centre consists of several exhibition zones: States of Water, Planet of Water, Ocean of Life, City and Water, The Depths, Humans and Water, History of Water Engineering, a Relaxation Zone, a Children's Zone, and additionally, a Water Printer.


  • A free multimedia app (available for Android and iOS) includes an audio guide and allows users to explore the site.

  • The entire exhibition is translated into English, and the museum also provides information booklets in German, English, and Russian.

Aquapark Wrocław stands out for several reasons, making it a must-visit destination. In addition to its impressive range of pools and exciting water slides, it boasts around 20 saunas, offering everything from Finnish to steam and herbal options. The atmosphere is continuously improved, creating the perfect environment for relaxation. There's also a fully equipped gym for fitness enthusiasts, including a cross-fit room. You can hit the gym for a workout and unwind in the saunas afterwards. We've visited many sanitariums across Poland, but this one deserves a spot on your list!

7. Kolejkowo

Kolejkowo is the largest model train exhibition in Poland. It is a one-of-a-kind place that will captivate not only railway enthusiasts. The clatter of passing trains, flickering streetlights, the hustle and bustle of the city, nightlife, the tranquillity of the countryside, and vacations by the water—everyday life captured in stunning detail from every perspective!

Kolejkowo is a miniature recreation of real life. Tenement houses from Wrocław's market square, the meteorological observatory on Śnieżka, the Świebodzki train station, and even a tiny bench at a restaurant on Bogusławskiego Street are just some of our realistic miniatures. The buildings replicate their real-life appearance, and you can even see every grin and frown on the tiny faces of Kolejkowo's residents. The models are sprinkled with humour and imagination—like a Polish version of Mount Rushmore or Superman in the city's heart. In this magical world, anything is possible!
